About this Nevada self proving will affidavit

A Nevada will must be signed by the testator and two witnesses (NRS 133.040). When the witnesses also sign this sworn self-proving affidavit before a notary, the court accepts their statement as if they testified, so they usually do not need to be found later. It must be written on or attached to the will.

Serving Nevada. Appointments must be handled by Nevada-commissioned notaries.

Important notes from this Nevada packet

This affidavit does not make an invalid will valid; the will itself must meet Nevada’s requirements. For a will drafted for your situation, contact Gavrilov & Brooks. An electronic will has its own rules (NRS 133.085–133.086).
