About this Nevada statutory power of attorney

This is Nevada’s official statutory form for naming someone (your “agent”) to handle your financial and legal affairs. It is durable by default, effective immediately unless you say otherwise, and does not cover health care decisions — use a Nevada Advance Health-Care Directive for those. Signing it revokes any prior durable power of attorney for financial matters.

Serving Nevada. Appointments must be handled by Nevada-commissioned notaries.
