Estate Planning
Convenient, discrete notarization for your family's future.
With our flexible scheduling, estate planning is hassle-free. Our notaries come right to you — wherever you are — so you don't have to worry about traveling or taking time off work.
Protecting Your Legacy
Signing requirements depend on the document and the applicable state law. Some documents need witnesses, notarization, both, or neither. Your attorney or the receiving organization should confirm what your documents require; our role is to perform the requested notarial acts.
Documents We Execute
- Last Will and Testaments
- Living Trusts
- Advance Healthcare Directives
- Financial Powers of Attorney
- Deeds transferring property into a trust
Working with Law Firms and Individuals
We coordinate signing appointments for individuals and their attorneys. Have your documents and signing instructions ready before the visit. We cannot prepare documents, give legal advice or determine whether your estate plan is legally sufficient.
Note: In many states, estate planning documents require independent witnesses in addition to a notary. Let us know your requirements, and we can often help coordinate witnesses for your signing appointment.
Schedule Your Estate Plan Signing
We bring the notary to your home or attorney's office.
